August 28, 10-12 pm. It’s back! Sewing Hive's free Sewing With Knits Workshop is happening again. There will be a talk and Q and A session by Gail Kelley and Jamie Hevener, founders of The Sewing Hive, on how to sew with knit fabrics successfully. Attendees will receive samples of various types of knit fabrics, notes, and hands-on instruction to test different tools and techniques. Supplies and seating are limited, and registration is required.
Over the Summer we had this event at a local fabric store and it "packed the house."
