Sewing a great-fitting shirt is an essential skill builder!
SKILLS YOU WILL GAIN: In this three-session, 8-hour workshop, you will learn how to alter and grade your pattern, use fusible interfacing, install a yoke, sew set-in sleeves, install a collar stand and a shirt collar, install a placket with buttonholes, sew on cuffs. Also, you may want to add patch pockets or learn edge stitching techniques.
Once you register, your instructor will email you to schedule dates and times and for sizing information so that you order the correct size pattern, and we will discuss the material for this shirt. If you need help with sizing or your measurement is outside the pattern sizes, please email us for an extra-time appointment.

Please wash or dry-cleaned your fabric before the first session, as we will be cutting out your fabric during the first session.
If you want to take this class with a friend, please purchase two classes, and you will be scheduled together. Max of 2 students.
