Do you have a textile that needs some restoring??

One of Jackie Farbeann’s super powers is repairing and bring back to life vintage, or just older textiles, be it a garment or a quilt. In the photos we are showing a blue and white quilt square that Jackie was able to clean in some parts, and replace in others using appropriate fabrics. She will do the same for the entire collection of squares she recently started restoring.

Jackie holds a Certificate in Textile Conservation from the International Preservation Studies Center (formerly the Campbell Center). Since 2008 Jackie has done conservation work for the Ohio State Historic Costume and Textile Collection.
